The problem to solve

The previous website was slow, hard to scan, and weak at guiding users toward contact. Visitors had to work too hard to understand the services, which matters in a local service business where trust and speed are critical.

The approach

I redesigned the site around a clearer service overview, stronger CTA placement, and a lighter, faster frontend. The experience was shaped to answer the most important questions early: what they do, where they operate, and how to get help.

How I approached it

  1. 01

Simplified the information architecture so visitors could understand the offer within a few seconds.

  2. 02

Built the interface mobile-first with cleaner sections, clearer hierarchy, and easier content updates.

  3. 03

Optimized performance, SEO, and frontend delivery so the site supported discoverability as well as conversion.

Result and takeaway

  • The finished site scored 97 in Lighthouse Performance and 100 in SEO.
  • The user journey became more direct, with clearer entry points into contact and service pages.
  • The project reinforced how much business impact can come from better structure, not just better visuals.
